This is probably the most difficult thing I have ever had to put into words. I've been on a roller coaster of sorts for a few months, and now its time for me to help myself.

I've always thought of myself as a strong person, however now I'm just worn out and worn raw. I need to shut down, retreat off to a corner someplace and pick up the pieces by myself.

I can't say how long I'll be gone, I don't know how long it will take to fix me. I can promise I won't be gone forever, I will be back.

For now though I need to go, have my good cry, grieve, and then move on to healing. I promise I won't do anything foolish.

Everyone I have come in contact with here has been absolutely wonderful, I have made some terrific friends here, I will miss you all, and promise we will meet again sometime.

I appreciate the concern, I'll be ok eventually I know, just need to get my S**T together.

I have had several 'tests' thrown at me in the past several months(no need to write a novel here), but, I am on the mend I am sure that I will be just fine. Knowing people are not going anywhere is the most comfort that one can ask.
Keep your chin up and better days ahead are certainly in your future.

I don't often post here, but today's POD made me think of our own hoover1060 and I thought you'd like to hear the good news. I talked to Jeff last night and he's sounding much more chipper. He and Fred were making more See it Clean videos, which is a good sign, indeed.

Yes, Jeff is doing a bit better, but.. one day at a time. He has greatly appreciated all of the love and kindness that this vacuum cleaner/washer family have been sending him via e-mail and phone calls. He'll be back when he's ready.

We did in fact make some more "See it Clean" videos last night.. I had to take my other half to O'Hare, so while in the neighborhood, I dropped in at Jeff's. More videos to come on Sunday, when I return to Jeff's, then pick Joe up at O'Hare on Sunday evening.
