Hi all,

I'm thinking it's a Singer...but I didn't know they ever made a self propelled.

Opinions, please!

Thats late 80's early 90's vintage, all plastic, and most likely ear splittingly loud too.
The design is an updated version of the old twin fan Singer design, it would be a halfway decent vacuum.
Collectible? yes definately, these were not very long lived machines, they disappeared fast...

Looks nice to me, of course i'm a "whiz kid" who only likes vacs from the 60s onwards =p lol

I regretfully missed getting one of those last fall at the same place Dave and I got all the other vac stuff yesterday posted in the other thread... Could kick myself now. I think Singer evenutally sold off that business and Ryobi bought the plant in Anderson SC

is most likely Ryobi made. I have one of the Singer Commercials from the late 70's, its in ok shape, and made on a metal chassis
