That seems like that would be a very handy vacuum to have. A very handy vacuum indeed!

Very similar to the Miele "Little Giant" concept.

Interesting also, in that the Hoover uses the same floor tool that is used on Tacony's "Smart Choice Tiny Tank" vacuum. I've sold at least a hundred Tiny Tanks over the past few years, and it's ironic to see Hoover use that floor nozzle. But then again, this Hoover and the Tiny Tank are both "made in china".

It's interesting (to me at least) to see Hoover trying to copy other brands instead of coming up with unique and original ideas. The Delta Dash does indeed remind one of the Miele "universal upright". The Hoover Fusion of course reminds one of the Dyson.

So David, does this machine have good suction and filtration?
Are the bags available? This is the first time I've seen this particular Hoover. Thaks for sharing.

i would love to have this cleaner, tom. unfortunately its a european model. i imagine good suction from its high-speed chinky motor, and good filtration. i also imagine a powernozzle in a commercial setting would clog the bag in minutes! i love classic Hoover, am sorry they are increasingly bebadging foreign makes/designs as their own.

I know what you mean. Home Depot has a Hoover canister (actually called the "Maytag Legacy") which is nothing more than a Sanyo canister with the Maytag name on it. And Hoover's bagless canister is just an LG with the Hoover name and a Hoover Windtunnel power nozzle. If Hoover had NOT used their Windtunnel power head, but had used LG's power head, it would have been MUCH better, as the LG power nozzle is wonderful (the same head as is used on Simplicity/Riccar canisters).

I really enjoy the Hoover Slider. It's a wonderful little light weight broom type vac, with an amazing swivel head that does a beautiful job under the dining room chairs.
